NOTICE TO THE MARKET
 

Magazine Luiza S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs the market that it has released through the IPE system the new English version of the Company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, as a replacement for the financial statements in English originally published on April 9, 2012, so as to correct non-material errors and inconsistencies in relation to the Company’s financial statements, published and made available on March 22, 2012, pursuant to Law 6404/76 and CVM Instruction 480/09.
