Luiza Helena Trajano Inácio Rodrigues

Ms. Rodrigues has a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Law School of Franca in 1972. She is Frederico Trajano´s mother, current CEO of the Company, and niece of the founders Luiza Trajano Donato and Pelegrino José Donato. Joined Magazine Luiza S.A. in 1960, her first professional position, and passed through all of our departments, including Collections, Administration, Sales and Procurement. She assumed the position of superintendent in 1991 after taking part in the creation of the Holding, which was set up to professionalise the company and define the process of successor at the group. She has been a member of the board of directors following its creation in June 2005. From 2009 to 2015 she held the position of President. She then became CEO of the Company and IDV (Retail Sales Development Institute) for the 2009-2010 term, and in 2011, she was elected vice-chairman. Ms. Rodrigues has been part of the Company’s Board since its creation in June 2005. She is currently chairman of the Board. In 2008, she was part of Sadia’s board. She is also the current Chairman of the board of directors at LuizaSeg and Luizacred after respectively being appointed to the posts in 2005 and 2002. Ms. Rodrigues also attends many conferences where she talks much about her experiences in managing people among other themes.

Marcelo José Ferreira e Silva

Mr. Ferreira e Silva obtained a bachelor degree in economics from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco – UFPE in 1972, and in accounting from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco – UNICAP. He also has a degree in Financial Administration from Fundação de Ensino Superior de Pernambuco – FESP. Mr. Ferreira e Silva started his career at the audit firm Arthur Andersen & Co where he worked from 1971 to 1978. He worked in the financial department of Bompreço Group company between 1978 and 2001. He held the position of Superintendent Officer at G. BARBOSA in 2002 and at Casas Pernambucanas from 2002 to 2009. Since 2009 he has been our Superintendent Officer.

Carlos Renato  Donzelli

Mr. Donzelli obtained a degree in technical accounting from Escola Estadual Torquato Caleiro in 1987; and a graduate degree in business administration from Faculdade de Ciência Econômicas, Contábeis e Administrativas de Franca – Facef in 1991. He also obtained a graduate degree in financial administration with an emphasis on audit and marketing from Instituto Nacional de Pós Graduação – FACEF/INPG in 1993, and he obtained a masters degree in corporate management from Faculdade de Ciência Econômicas, Contábeis e Administrativas de Franca – Facef in 2002. Mr. Donzelli joined Luiza Factoring in 1995, and in 1997 became manager of the financial department of the Group Holding – MTG Administração e Assessoria S/C Ltda. He held the position of financial manager at the Company in 2000, and he subsequently became Chief Financial Officer. Since 2009 he has been a member of our board of directors.

Betânia Tanure de Barros

Ms. Barros obtained a degree in Psychology from the Pontifica Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais ("PUC / MG"). She holds a master degree in Management Consulting from Henley Management College (England) and a PhD from Brunel University (England). A founding partner of Betania Tanure Associados, she is a professor at PUC / MG in master's and doctoral courses held in partnership with Fundação Dom Cabral, where she served for 15 (fifteen) years as director responsible for the entire development area of ??executives, companies and Business partnerships. She is a guest lecturer at INSEAD (France), TRIUM (New York University, London School of Economics, HEC) and London Business School (England) and also lecturer in events in Brazil and abroad in the areas of business management, executive development , Culture management in transformation processes, mergers and acquisitions, leadership and high performance teams, impact of the country's culture in the processes of internationalization, people management and governance. She works in projects of several national and international companies such as ArcelorMittal, Banco Santander, Banco Central do Brasil, among others. Author of several books, articles, papers and cases published in Brazil and abroad, including articles in the Harvard Business Review. Member of the Board of Directors and Personnel Management Committee of Marisol S.A., having been a member of other large Brazilian groups such as RBS Group (RBS Participações S.A.) and Medial Saúde S.A.

Inês Corrêa de Souza

Ms. Souza obtained a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV in 1972 and an MBA in finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Capital Market – IBMEC in 1991. She worked in the costs, budget and planning departments of General Eletric do Brasil from 1973 to 1975. She worked in the finance and capital market departments of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce from 1976 to 1999. In addition, Ms. Souza was the Operations Officer at Banco UBS between 1999 and 2004. She is a founding partner of Latitude Gestão e FINANÇAS, a company that started operations in 2004. She was member of AIG Private Banking Advisory Board in Brazil from 2004 to 2007. She is currently an independent member of our board of directors.

Floriano Peixoto Vieira Neto

Mr. Peixoto Vieira Neto is a retired officer of the Brazilian Army with a 43-year career, including seven years as a general officer. He has extensive experience in Strategic Management, Operations, Human Resources, and Logistics, both at the National and International levels. Throughout his professional journey, in addition to his military career, he served as President and CEO of the Brazilian Postal and Telegraph Company (ECT) from 2019 to 2022.

His profile also includes international experience, having been a visiting researcher at King's College, London, United Kingdom, and a member of the Independent Panel at the United Nations (UN) in New York, USA. Floriano has a strong academic background, including a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Executive MBA from FGV, a doctorate in Military Sciences, and other leadership and strategy-related courses. He has received numerous awards, including the UN Peacekeeping Medal, the U.S. Army Meritorious Service Medal, and the Legion of Merit Medal awarded by President Barack Obama for his role as the international Force Commander during the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

Sílvio Romero de Lemos Meira

He graduated in electronic engineering from ITA - Technological Institute of Aeronautics in 1977; is a master in computer science from UFPE - Federal University of Pernambuco; and PhD in computer science from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England. He founded and was the chief scientist of CESAR, Center for Advanced Studies and Systems of Recife until July 2014 and was a Fellow and Faculty Associate of the Berkman Center, Harvard University, from 2012 to 2015. He is a CBN radio commentator, consultant and lecturer in digital business policies and strategies, social networks, ICTs, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. In 2007, Época Magazine elected him one of the 100 most influential Brazilians. In 2011 was chosen by O Globo as personality of the year of the Brazilian economy. In 2013, Galileo Magazine chose him as one of the 100 most influential Brazilians on the web. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Management Center of Porto Digital, a private non-profit civil association.

Frederico Trajano Inácio Rodrigues

Mr. Rodrigues holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and he has a master's degree in finance from University of California – Berkeley. He started his career in the retail and consumer goods department of Deutsche Bank Securities, where he stayed from 1998 and 1999. He worked in the technology, Internet and telecommunications segments of Westsphere Equity Investors from 1999 and 2000. He joined the Company in 2000, at which time he was responsible for the e-commerce department. In 2002 Mr. Rodrigues became the Head of the Marketing Department. In 2005, he was elected statutory Commercial Executive Officer, and in 2010, he was elected Executive Officer for Sales and Marketing. In 2015 he became the President of the Company.

Fabrício Bittar Garcia

Mr. Garcia has a degree in business administration from Centro Universitário de Franca (Uni FACEF) and completed a postgraduate programme in business administration at Universidade de São Paulo. Mr. Garcia started his career in our commercial department in 1996. He served as Assistant Manager of Purchasing in 2003, and he was promoted to Assistant Officer of Purchasing. He served as Senior Officer of Purchasing from 2006 and 2009. In August 2010, he became head of the Commercial Department. In 2016 he was elected VP of Operations.

Eduardo Galanternick

Mr. Galanternick has a degree in business administration from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, has an Executive MBA from FAAP. He began his career in Carrefour.com and then had his first stint as director in e-commerce Magazine Luiza. He held the position of CMO in B2W, before returning to Magazine Luiza to lead the e-commerce area. Eduardo Galanternick became Executive Director of E-commerce in 2015 and currently holds the position of VP of Business.

André Fatala

Mr. Fatala graduated as a Data Processing Technician from the Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo (Etec / SP). He began his professional career in 2000 in the Submarino as a developer where he acquired experience participating in the construction of a large scale ecommerce platform. He was product manager of Predicta, where he was responsible for the development of tools with high processing power for data analysis in a digital environment. He started his career in Magazine Luiza in 2010 in the e-commerce technology team. In 2011 he was responsible for the development of Magazine Você and afterwards for the Research and Development area of the Company - who came to become Luizalabs. In 2015, he became Luizalabs Director and started to lead the development of sales channels - e-commerce and physical stores - delivering Digital Transformation projects such as Mobile Sales and the Marketplace platform. In 2017, André became Chief Technology Officer and is currently VP of Platform, with the mission of building the Brazilian retail operating system.

Roberto Bellissimo Rodrigues

Mr. Bellíssimo Rodrigues obtained a degree in administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV in 1997. He started his career in the capital markets department of Bradesco BBI where he worked from 1997 to 2001. He joined the Company in May 2001, holding the position of Head of the Budget Department, Manager Controller, Chief Controller, and in 2010 he became the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer.

Maria Isabel Bonfim de Oliveira

Ms. Oliveira obtained a degree in technical accounting from Instituto Francano de Ensino in 1982. She joined the Company in 1982 as accountant and in 1992 became Budget Department Manager. She became Chief Controller in 2001, and in 2010 she became our Administrative Officer and Controller.

Patricia Pugas

Ms. Pugas is graduated in Law from the Federal University of Bahia, specializing in Civil Law by the Brazilian Institute of Legal Studies and MBA in Personnel Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Her career began in Supermar Supermarkets, was Director of Personnel and Management of Inbrands. She also worked on the Energy Company of Maranhão, with the group that undertook restructuring and turn-around. She is currently Executive Human Resources Director, also responsible for the company´s Reputation and Sustainability area.

Luiz Fernando Rego

Mr. Rego graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Bahia and has MBA in Marketing from ESPM in São Paulo. The Executive has 21-year career, which started as a trainee at Bompreço Supermarkets, continuing in the largest retailers in Brazil as Walmart, Carrefour and Cencosud. In 2015, Luis assumed the position of Executive Commercial Officer and is currently Executive Director of Durable and Consumer Goods.

Julio Cesar Trajano

Graduated in Business Administraion with an MBA from the University of São Paulo, has 25 years of retail experience at Magalu, as a commercial director of technology, furniture, leisure and white goods. Received the award of director of the year in 2014 and professional of the year from E-commerce Brazil in 2017. In 2019, Julio became Executive Commercial Ecommerce Officer and is currently Executive Director of KaBuM!.

Graciela Kumruian

Graduated in Computer Science at Universidade São Judas, Graciela managed important projects throughout her career, among which she highlighted “Urna Eletrônica” at Diebold Procomp (1999-2005) and systems that speed up the judicial process, when she assumed the IT directorate of the Federal Regional Court of the 3rd region of Sao Paulo. In 2008, she joined Netshoes and was responsible for creating the technology area. During this period, she assumed the management and development of the company's central systems. In 2012, she became the company's COO and improved the customer experience in pioneering logistics, catalog and relationship projects. Won over 40 awards in recognition of your work at the head of Netshoes and in 2018 she was one of the 10 most influential women in technology in the country through the ZDNet Portal. She is currently executive director of Netshoes.

Douglas Matricardi

Graduated in business administration and accounting sciences at Centro Universitário de Franca (Uni-FACEF). Douglas holds a postgraduate degree in financial administration, auditing and marketing from INPG-Instituto Nacional de Pós Graduação and carried out an Intensive International Executive MBA from Amana Key, Master MBA in Retail from FGV, and Master's in Retail from FGV. With 37 years in the company, he started his career working in the IT area - responsible for commercial automation, acting in the creation and management of Virtual Stores, he worked in the general sales management, and in the store operations directorate. He is currently Executive Director of Store Operations.
