In 2017, it implemented its Integrity Program, which is applicable to the entire Magalu Ecosystem, with the objective of reinforcing and demonstrating that ethics, good conduct and transparency - foundations of Magalu's strong culture since its constitution and that are well rooted in the Company's daily routine -, should prevail in its working environment.

Following the best corporate governance practices, to facilitate the report of violations of the Integrity Program, Magalu provides a Whistleblower Channel, which can be used anonymously by any employee or third party who, in good faith, wishes to report a misconduct of which they are aware of.
An independent and specialized company, which ensures absolute confidentiality, operates this channel. All reports are assessed and investigated, with the guarantee of anonymity and protection for whistleblowers against any potential retaliation.
The purpose of this tool is to guarantee the continuous improvement of the Integrity Program, ensuring that possible irregularities are detected and stopped in a timely manner, that appropriate measures are taken against those held accountable in accordance with our Consequences Policy and eventually preventing new occurrences.
